The Quintero Theater has a multipurpose room that houses a 275 m² TV set. It is the set where the journalist and communicator Jesús Quintero has been carrying out his different programs. It has seven 16/9 SONY BVP-E30WSPH / U digital cameras, five VINTEN VB 250-AP2SS tripods, a three-axis hot head, a steadycam, a 150 KW generator set and a cooling system with directional outputs for 170 KF that offers the possibility of extracting air with boosted current.
Likewise, it has a production control, a VTR room suitable for the different types of production that can be carried out within our space. In this space there have been television programs such as those directed by the journalist Jesús Quintero "Ratones Coloraos", "El sol, la sal y el son", as well as external production services produced for private companies such as "El Club de la Vida Good".
The facilities of the building have, as a support for the productions for their guests, artists and theater companies, with 5 large and modern dressing rooms located on the first floor of the building.

The second of the floors is occupied mainly by spaces focused on editing, mounting and grading of audiovisual productions, with one of the most important color correction rooms in all of Spain.
The third floor of the building is made up of the production offices and offices for the productions that need them.
