The world of Theater, Television, Cinema, Communication, Advertising, as well as different training courses for each of these specialties, are the disciplines on which the space is built at the service of the spectator, the public and the students. . The three floors of the building that houses the Quintero Theater make it possible for it to host any event that requires the use of its facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art technical material, safeguarding the theatrical tradition at all times, such as book presentations, conference forums. , presentation of books or records, press conferences, dramatic works and shows, among many other cultural activities.

The main access to the theater is located at Calle Cuna nº 15. The main entrance has a space of 65.11m2. Inside the prelude to the theater itself, the spectator will be able to enjoy unique moments prior to the presentation, in an atmosphere of “cabaret” and live music, which highlight the extraordinary qualities of our Theater. The 110m² set with exclusive scenographies designed by set designer Wolfgang Burmann, turn the space into a visual spectacle.

Inside the room, its 80m2 of stage and its capacity make this space versatile and suitable for presentations of any type of cultural, audiovisual or private event, since its telescopic bleachers, previously mentioned, can be adapted to all kinds of theatrical functions, events and productions.

The editing rooms and the technical means that it has, allow any event to be carried out, recorded and edited for different purposes with the quality corresponding to each show.
Easy access for loading and unloading can be done through the main door, as well as through the rear access area (chácena) located on Calle Goyeneta No. 5.

The Quintero Theater has a multipurpose room that houses a 275 m² TV set. It is the set where the journalist and communicator Jesús Quintero has been carrying out his different programs. It has seven 16/9 SONY BVP-E30WSPH / U digital cameras, five VINTEN VB 250-AP2SS tripods, a three-axis hot head, a steadycam, a 150 KW generator set and a cooling system with directional outputs for 170 KF. that offers the possibility of extracting air with boosted current.
Likewise, it has a production control, a VTR room suitable for the different types of production that can be carried out within our space. In this space there have been television programs such as those directed by the journalist Jesús Quintero "Ratones Coloraos", "El sol, la sal y el son", as well as external production services produced for private companies such as "El Club de la Vida Good".
The facilities of the building have, as a support for the productions for their guests, artists and theater companies, with 5 large and modern dressing rooms located on the first floor of the building.
